I wanted to give an example of the type of music I
listen to when working out. I made a playlist in Grooveshark, which is
an awesome web based music site. The ones on there are a bit more blood
pumping, but this is a great basic example.
This is a Tabata mix that is pre-set for the 8 rounds of 20 secs on, 10
secs off. Pick an exercise, oh like squats, for example, and try to do
a set of them…the full 8 rounds.
Double dare you.
